Refund & Withdrawal Policy
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of your room rate secures your space in Return to You: A Healing Retreat in Tuscany, September 12 to 19, 2027. This applies whether you pay in full or choose the payment plan.
This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances and helps cover accommodations, meals, excursions, and administrative costs.
If you withdraw 120 or more days before the retreat start date (before May 15, 2027), you'll be refunded 50% of whatever you've paid so far, minus your non-refundable deposit.
If you withdraw less than 120 days before the retreat begins, or after the retreat has started, no refunds will be issued.
Transferring your spot: Can't make it? You may transfer your reservation to another person up to 30 days before the retreat, as long as they agree to all retreat policies, including the alcohol-free commitment.
In the rare case of an emergency or extenuating circumstance, a partial credit may be offered toward a future retreat or training at Maddy's discretion.
Please note: spaces are limited to 15 guests, and by reserving your spot, accommodations, meals, and excursions are secured on your behalf.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment in case of unexpected circumstances.
Payment plans: The payment plan is 4 monthly payments: 25% at booking, then 3 monthly payments. Early bird pricing applies to payment plans booked by November 17, 2026.
If a scheduled payment fails, you'll receive a notification and have 7 days to update your payment method. Maddy will also personally reach out to check in and help resolve any issues. If payment is not resolved within this window, your spot may no longer be held, and the terms of the Refund & Withdrawal Policy above will apply should a refund be requested.
Rooms: Rooms are confirmed by email. In the rare case a room needs to be reassigned, you'll receive a room of equal or better value, or a full refund.
By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Refund & Withdrawal Policy.
Next Steps
Once your payment is received, you'll receive a confirmation email from Maddy Jones Wellness within one business day (Monday through Friday).
Please note: all retreat updates, welcome materials, and forms will be sent to the email address you use at checkout. Make sure this is an email you check regularly.
If you use Apple Pay and it's linked to an iCloud email you don't check often, please reply to your confirmation email with the email address you'd like us to use moving forward.
Shortly after, you'll also receive:
A Welcome Email with all next steps and important details about your retreat
Your Retreat Agreement + Liability Waiver to review and sign, including the alcohol-free commitment and photo release
A Guest Intake Form to help us accommodate your dietary needs, health considerations, and roommate preferences
